The role

The Project Analyst - Retail Blueprint will play a key role in supporting SSE’s Energy Customer Solutions (ECS) business in achieving our strategic ambition. The Retail Blueprint acts as the bridge between SSE Group and ECS strategy, which sets the top-down strategic direction for the business, and Airtricity delivery, where that strategy is translated into the delivery roadmap, day-to-day priorities, change activity and operational outcomes required to deliver the business plan.

You will

  • support implementation of the Energy Retail Blueprint by translating SSE Group and ECS strategic delivery themes into clear, actionable work packages, plans and materials that enable Airtricity delivery teams to execute at pace.
  • understand the detail of both ECS and SSE Airtricity’s business plan, including each elements deliverables and the rationale (including business outcomes) that underpins the plan, associated timelines and dependencies.
  • apply business change principles and disciplined delivery management (scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and benefits) to maintain a single, prioritised Blueprint roadmap aligned to ECS strategy, IT and business change and business delivery commitments.
  • support change readiness, engagement and adoption by partnering with the communications team to shape and deliver a comms plan that keeps Airtricity (and ultimately wider ECS) informed, aligned and mobilised around Blueprint priorities and progress.
  • work with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability, securing timely inputs, decisions and sponsorship, escalating blockers, and tracking actions and outcomes to ensure sustained progress towards Blueprint implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
