Project and Product Support Co-Ordinator

Description

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a proactive Project and Product Support Co-Ordinator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our Special Projects and ancillary services.

This is a commercially driven, customer centric and varied position where you'll work closely with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to successful completion.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Project and Product Support Co-Ordinator, you'll be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all administrative and operational requirements are delivered efficiently.
  • Welcoming and onboarding new customers, creating a positive first impression from day one.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Scheduling project works, ancillary product orders, and ad hoc services to meet customer expectations and business requirements.
  • Building strong working relationships and proactively managing customer expectations.
  • Working with contractors and suppliers to quickly resolve service issues and maintain high service standards.
  • Raising and managing purchase orders, monitoring costs, and ensuring timely receipt of invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate project records, contracts, systems, and tracking tools.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and escalating potential delays where required.
  • Ensuring customer quotations are followed up within agreed timescales to maximise opportunities.
  • Supporting the development and rollout of new products and services.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and customer service.
  • Promoting and complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Supporting wider team activities and providing cover when required.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, contractors, and colleagues.
  • A positive, flexible, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations and resolving conflicts professionally.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of Enva services, or the ability to quickly learn and communicate their value to customers.
