Project and Research Manager
Project & Research Manager
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000–£40,000 per annum, DOE
We are currently collaborating with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge seeking an experienced Project & Research Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage research projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop surveys and questionnaires
- Gather and evaluate data
- Conduct interviews and run focus groups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings
- Convert complex information into clear, practical recommendations
- Liaise closely with clients, funders, and stakeholders
- Assist in the development of new projects and funding proposals
- Ensure all research is conducted ethically and in accordance with data protection regulations

Requirements & Skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience delivering research or evaluation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
- The ability to interpret data and identify key trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience using research software such as:
- SPSS
- R
- Stata
- Similar tools
