Are you a Project Architect looking for a role where you can take on more responsibility, work on large-scale residential projects and be supported with genuine progression into a Senior or Associate position?

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large-scale residential projects through key RIBA stages.
- Take responsibility for project delivery, ensuring design quality, programme and client expectations are met.
- Develop and oversee drawing packages, technical information and coordinated Revit models.
- Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to manage project information and resolve design or technical challenges.
- Support early-stage design, feasibility work and planning submissions where required.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure clear communication across the wider project team.
- Contribute to design reviews, technical coordination and quality assurance processes.
- Support the delivery of well-considered residential schemes from concept through to later project stages.
- Play an active role within a collaborative studio environment that values creativity, progression and long-term development.
- Work towards clear progression into a Senior Architect or Associate level position as your role develops.

Key Requirements
- ARB registered Architect with post-qualification experience within a UK practice.
- Strong experience working on residential projects, ideally including larger-scale schemes.
- Candidates with a strong commercial background will also be considered.
- Confident working across multiple RIBA stages, with the ability to support both design and delivery.
- Strong Revit capability with the ability to lead and coordinate complex project packages.
- Good technical understanding and the ability to produce clear, well-coordinated project information.
- Experience liaising with clients, consultants and wider project teams.
- Strong design skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawings and presentations.
- Organised, proactive and confident taking ownership of project responsibilities.
- Friendly, professional and collaborative approach.
