The Role

Join a dynamic team delivering impactful residential and care projects—from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects across RIBA stages 1–7
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and exterior consultants
  • Design and deliver compelling client presentations
  • Maintain programme and quality control

Key Responsibilities

  • Fiona Turner (Reverse-Map)
  • Manage projects on-brief, from feasibility through to programme handover
  • Quality-control deliverables and enforce design aligns with practice standards
  • Drive client engagements and commercial outcomes
  • Oversee health and safety, eosin compliance
  • Lead coordination across external consultants

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Deep expertise in residential, care and/or masterplanning projects
  • Strong command of Revit and working proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-disciplinary projects concurrently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
