Project Architect

The Role
Join a dynamic team delivering impactful residential and care projects—from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects across RIBA stages 1–7
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and exterior consultants
- Design and deliver compelling client presentations
- Maintain programme and quality control
Key Responsibilities
- Fiona Turner (Reverse-Map)
- Manage projects on-brief, from feasibility through to programme handover
- Quality-control deliverables and enforce design aligns with practice standards
- Drive client engagements and commercial outcomes
- Oversee health and safety, eosin compliance
- Lead coordination across external consultants

Key Requirements
- 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Deep expertise in residential, care and/or masterplanning projects
- Strong command of Revit and working proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-disciplinary projects concurrently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
