Project Architect
Package/Project Architect (Revit) – Heritage Projects
About the Role
A multi-award-winning, well-established AJ100 practice with a standout studio culture is seeking a technically minded Package/Project Architect, specialising in Revit, to deliver career-defining heritage projects.
You’ll play a hands-on role leading a small team of juniors, driving significant listed building refurbishments for high-profile City of London clients. Focus will be on RIBA Stage 4 projects, including hotel or workplace transformations in conservation areas.
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients, external consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Producing and coordinating technical information and Revit packages
- Ensuring design integrity, efficiency, and on-programme delivery
- Leading junior architects with support from senior associates
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
- Mentor a junior team on RIBA Stage 4 packages (listed building conservation projects)
- Oversee design intent while balancing practical construction challenges

Technical & Programme Delivery:
- Revit modelling, coordination, and technical documentation development
- Collaborate with external consultants and contractors on heritage projects
- Maintain project progress and execute solutions with creative problem-solving

- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Interface between architecture, structural engineers, and contractors
- Present solutions aligned with listed building regulations and conservation guidance
Candidate Requirements

RIBA qualification, with 0–6 years post-qualification experience

Proven academic and career track record with standout creatives

Preferences but not mandatory:
- Prior high-profile UK workplace-focused or listed property refurbishment projects
- Experience with technical coordination, working parties, and workshops
- Familiarity with little-known but important historic buildings of the early-mid 20th century

Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Design thinking underpinned by robust construction knowledge
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and confident in resolving project challenges
- Strong communication skills for client presentation and team leadership
Essential:
- Full Revit proficiency (familiarity with MEP coordination would be beneficial)
- Strong technical sensibilities with contact knowledge of construction methods
- Ability to combine architectural skill while working as a یع potp 움직임ologist for highly sensitive projects
