High-End Domestic Projects Private Practice | Full-Time | 1–2 Years Post Part III

We are a small, design-focused practice with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality residential architecture. Our work spans bespoke homes, sensitive alterations, and carefully considered extensions; projects where attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality make all the difference.

We are looking for an architect to join our team who shares that commitment and is keen to play a meaningful role in the way we work and the spaces we create.

The Role

This is a hands-on position in which you will be involved in projects from the earliest conversations with a client through to completion on site. We value people who find satisfaction in every stage of that journey; who understand that architecture is as much about careful delivery as it is about great ideas, and who apply themselves to sketch design as much as site inspections.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
