We are currently seeking a talented Project Architect to join a dynamic team delivering a high rise, high-risk residential scheme in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-driven architect to take ownership of key project stages within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You’ll play a central role in delivering complex housing projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and innovation throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and development of project packages across RIBA stages
- Produce and manage detailed design information using Revit
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, particularly within high-risk residential frameworks
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support project delivery programmes, budgets, and client expectations
- Contribute to technical reviews and problem-solving across schemes

Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect
- 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience within a UK practice
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Proven experience working on UK residential or housing projects
- Solid understanding of technical delivery and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a broader team
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
