Are you a Project Architect looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to join a practice where you'll be trusted to lead projects, work closely with clients and consultants, and have a clear pathway towards Senior Architect and Associate level positions?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected architecture practice delivering commercial workplace and retrofit projects across London. You'll work within a collaborative and supportive team, taking ownership of projects through multiple RIBA stages while gaining exposure to high-profile schemes that combine design quality with technical excellence. The practice is committed to developing its people and offers the platform, mentorship and project exposure needed to progress your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate architectural projects through multiple RIBA stages, from design development through to completion.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring programme, quality and client expectations are achieved.
  • Develop and oversee planning submissions, technical packages and construction information.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders, leading meetings and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Coordinate project information and resolve design and technical challenges as projects progress.
  • Support the delivery of commercial workplace and retrofit projects, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout.
  • Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members where required.
  • Play an active role within a collaborative studio that values design quality, teamwork and professional development.

Key Requirements

  • ARB registered Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
  • Experience working on commercial workplace, retrofit, education or similar complex project types.
  • Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA stages.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit.
  • Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
  • Experience coordinating consultants and managing project programmes.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
