Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Sheffield
Salary: GBP 37,430 - 43,000 DOE
About The Company
An award-winning multidisciplinary design practice is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join its expanding team. The practice delivers innovative and technically challenging projects across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, leisure, student accommodation, and mixed-use developments throughout the UK. With a strong focus on design quality, technical excellence, and collaborative working, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice that offers long-term career progression, ongoing professional development, and exposure to high-profile projects. The position is based in Sheffield and requires attendance in the office five days per week.

Daily Duties
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to completion.
- Manage project programmes, deliverables, and design coordination.
- Prepare and review planning, technical, and construction drawing packages.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements.
- Oversee compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards.
- Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team.
- Attend client meetings, design reviews, and site visits as required.
- Contribute to project problem-solving and technical design development throughout all project stages.

Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect with relevant post-qualification experience delivering projects in the UK.
- Experience leading projects through multiple RIBA work stages.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with BIM experience advantageous.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fully office-based role, five days per week.
- Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression within a multidisciplinary practice.
