What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting project managers in planning, executing, and finalising projects.
  • Coordinating project tasks and deliverables.
  • Tracking progress and reporting updates.
  • Organising and maintaining project documentation and document control.
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Conducting research and compiling data for reports.
  • Supporting internal audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Providing general administrative support across multiple projects.
  • Formatting key documents and reports.
  • Arranging travel and recording expenses for invoicing.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
