Project Administration Role
Permanent Position – 5+ Years Growth Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict document control for project files (electronic and hard copy).
- Provide project management administration support, ensuring compliance with Kirby's methodical approach (“Kirby Way”).
- Handle project procurement, including small miscellaneous items, consumables, and plant.
- Keep all key project documentation up to date (risk registers, project programmes, drawings, and technical files).
- Organise and document internal/external meetings (taking notes, distributing minutes).
- Chase deadlines, collate project information, and coordinate cross-team communications.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project progress tracking.

Requirements
- Strong administrative skills, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Confident phone and interpersonal communication—key for relationships with staff, suppliers, investors, and directors.
- Excellent IT proficiency (especially Excel, budget/spreadsheets, and workflows).
- Must manage multi-tasking prioritisations efficiently.
- Previous construction/engineering experience is advantageous (though not essential).
- Commercially aware with a problem-solving mindset.
