Project & Change Manager

Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office (Wilmslow HQ), 2 days from home Salary: Competitive

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact projects through clear, structured project and change management. Key objectives include:

  • Project delivery & stakeholder coordination
    • Effectively manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external suppliers, including change management and adoption activities.
    • Coordinate all resource requirements to ensure successful implementation, overseeing task assignments, output delivery, and progress tracking.
    • Continuously assess project status, updating plans and progress reports as needed.
    • Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss requirements and status updates.

  • Scoping & planning

    • Lead discovery sessions and workshop sessions to define project scope.
    • Review and verify project scopes and technical feasibility while reviewing risks.
  • Issue resolution & contingency management

    • Identify deviations from the agreed specification and initiate change control procedures.
    • Implement contingency planning when projects face delays or risks.
    • Liase with stakeholders to resolve issues pre and post-implementation.
  • Budget & performance management

    • Maintain resource planning, accounting for seasonal variations and developing mitigating strategies.
    • Generate regular budget forecasts and variance reports.
    • Measure team and project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Process improvement

    • Work closely with department heads to enhance business processes across teams.
    • Collaborate with other Project Managers in managing resource allocation and team coordination.
  • Risk & documentation

    • Implement risk management processes and ensure robust project documentation is maintained.
    • Adapt project processes as needed, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements.
