Ideal Candidate Profile
Most roles of this type require the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in:
- Construction site management
- Project coordination
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations, including:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with:
- Project management tools and processes
- Strong:
- Communication skills
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage stress, balance competing priorities, and operate effectively under pressure
- First Aid at Work certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Additional strengths could include:
- QARA (Quality Assurance and Regulatory Awareness)
- QMS (Quality Management Systems) certifications
- HV (High Voltage) awareness
