About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Project Construction Manager opportunities within the construction and site management sector. Roles of this type could involve coordinating and delivering construction projects across the UK, working with engineering teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, safe and compliant project delivery.
You could be based across multiple locations including Manchester, Birmingham and London, with the flexibility to support nationwide projects as needed. The role could offer the chance to take ownership of defined project workstreams, improve delivery processes and work collaboratively across technical and operational teams.
What You Would Do
- Managing day-to-day construction site operations and coordination
- Liaising between engineering, procurement and contractor teams to maintain project momentum
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets and resource allocation against agreed milestones
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards on site
- Producing and maintaining project documentation, schedules and progress reports
- Supporting the resolution of on-site issues and change requests
- Coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with delivery objectives

What You Could Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in construction site management or project coordination
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations, including SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- First Aid at Work certification or willingness to obtain
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Additional relevant experience or certifications such as QARA (Quality Assurance and Regulatory Awareness), QMS (Quality Management Systems), or HV (High Voltage) awareness could strengthen your profile.

- Day rate: £250–280 per day, with potential progression to £350–380 per day dependent on experience and project complexity
