Project Controller

Basingstoke (Hybrid)
£55,000 - £65,000 (room for flexibility)

TGRC is partnered with a leading international provider of utility-scale and commercial solar PV solutions to recruit a Project Controller for their growing UK team in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of one of the UK's largest solar projects, joining a business at the forefront of the renewable energy transition.

This is not a traditional project controlling role. Alongside financial oversight and project performance monitoring, you'll work across project operations, business processes, and systems improvement, making a meaningful contribution to how projects are delivered and the wider organisation operates.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you will provide financial and operational support across a portfolio of renewable energy projects. You'll be responsible for monitoring project performance, analysing financial data, supporting forecasting activities, and helping to develop the systems and processes that underpin successful project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
