Project Controller

Trainee Project Controller Location: Hybrid – Bristol Security: Active SC Clearance or eligibility required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, control account plans, and baselines
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules
  • Track risks and opportunities, ensuring mitigation plans are in place
  • Support change management processes in line with contractual requirements
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and analysis

Requirements

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to think from multiple perspectives and work proactively
  • Commitment to learning and professional development
  • Experience in a delivery-focused environment (e.g., engineering, construction, logistics, manufacturing, pharma, education, or similar)
