Project Controls / PMO Coordinator London | Leading Construction Consultancy
An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected construction and property consultancies as part of its growing PMO & Programme Management team.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience who is looking to build a long-term career in Project Controls, PMO and Programme Management, supporting major corporate occupier clients across large workplace and commercial project portfolios.
Working alongside experienced programme professionals, you'll gain exposure to project governance, reporting, portfolio management and programme controls, while supporting the successful delivery of high-profile construction and fit-out projects.
The Role
- Support the delivery of major workplace and commercial programmes.
- Produce project reports, dashboards and portfolio updates using Power BI.
- Maintain programme documentation, risk registers and change logs.
- Work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders across multiple live projects.
- Gain exposure to programme governance, reporting, cost management and project controls.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- 2-3 years' experience in PMO, Project Controls or Project Management.
- Degree educated.
- Strong Power BI experience (essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience within the built environment, construction or commercial office sector.
- Exposure to commercial fit-out, workplace or corporate occupier projects.
- Someone looking to develop a long-term career within PMO and Programme Management.

Location
