You will support business unit management and project managers in monitoring budgets and critical KPIs, while actively enhancing our tools and processes as a key user.
Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Identify and analyse budget deviations
- Prepare monthly forecasts and ad-hoc financial analyses for informed decision-making
- Support forecast review meetings

Tool & Process Improvement:
- Use, maintain, train, and troubleshoot ERP system (AP+), BI tool, and other relevant tools
- Contribute to internal projects for continuous improvement in ERP, Finance, IT, and Logistics
Requirements
Professional Experience:
- 3+ years in finance/controlling, preferably in a project-driven environment
- Experience in ERP systems and familiarity with IT tools

Skills & Mindset:
- Strong results orientation, customer-focused attitude
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Ideally: Accounting/logistics experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Holistic + detail-oriented approach
- Independent, hands-on, and collaborative team player
- Proficiency in both German and English
