You will support business unit management and project managers in monitoring budgets and critical KPIs, while actively enhancing our tools and processes as a key user.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:

    • Identify and analyse budget deviations
    • Prepare monthly forecasts and ad-hoc financial analyses for informed decision-making
    • Support forecast review meetings
  • Tool & Process Improvement:

    • Use, maintain, train, and troubleshoot ERP system (AP+), BI tool, and other relevant tools
    • Contribute to internal projects for continuous improvement in ERP, Finance, IT, and Logistics

Requirements

Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years in finance/controlling, preferably in a project-driven environment
  • Experience in ERP systems and familiarity with IT tools

  • Strong results orientation, customer-focused attitude
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Ideally: Accounting/logistics experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Holistic + detail-oriented approach
  • Independent, hands-on, and collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in both German and English
