About the Role
As a Project Controls Engineer in our PMCM (Programme Solutions) group, you’ll take a central role in supporting global transport and infrastructure projects. Working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll ensure flawless delivery—meeting client demands on schedule and budget while maintaining high-quality output.
This position offers tremendous impact by supporting the planning and execution of major projects, key alliances with clients, design teams, and stakeholders. You’ll align schedule, budget, and resources for maximum efficiency.
We work collaboratively with external clients, diverse project teams, and offices across clients’ sites. Flexibility is key: while on-site hybrid working policies require attendance for minimum 3 office days per week, this supports seamless integration with colleagues and clients.

Your Team
You’ll join a diverse, high-energy group of project and commercial management professionals, with a focus on driving successful outcomes for our clients. Our team features Project Controls Managers with expertise across sectors, united by a shared passion for delivering world-class services.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget & Cost Monitoring: Track project costs and budgets, providing timely reports and analysis to project managers.
- Project Scheduling: Contribute to the development and refinement of project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA, etc.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution of activities.
- Performance Reporting: Facilitate and deliver performance reviews, contributing insights to improve project outcomes.
- Process Implementation: Help implement project controls processes and tools to enhance efficacy.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Compile and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
- Risk Management: Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls methodologies; identify and mitigate risks.
- Data Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct performance evaluations, proposing actionable improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
