About the Role
As a Project Controls Engineer within the PMCM (Programme Solutions) group, you will:
- Support global transportation and infrastructure projects by ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery with high-quality output
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and design teams to manage progress, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Play a key role in planning and executing major projects while monitoring project health
Key Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with external clients and multi-disciplinary teams across WSP offices, client offices, and site locations, with flexible working arrangements (minimum 3 office days/week for seamless integration).

Your Team
You’ll join a diverse and passionate team focused on Project and Commercial Management, delivering high-quality results for clients worldwide. Collaborate with experienced Project Controls Managers from varied backgrounds.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor project costs and budgets, delivering regular reports and analysis to project managers
- Develop and maintain project schedules (using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, ASTA, etc.)
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Facilitate performance reporting and reviews for stakeholders
- Assist in implementing project controls processes and tools, improving project performance
- Prepare project status reports for clients and senior management
- Work with Earned Value Management and project controls methodologies
- Support risk management, including identifying/assessing risks and developing mitigation plans
- Conduct performance analysis and provide improvement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations
- Desirably: Exposure to PowerBI and data analytics
