About the Role
As a Project Controls Engineer within the PMCM (Programme Solutions) group, you will play a crucial role in supporting global transport and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery while meeting client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and budget.
In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
- Supporting planning and execution of major projects
- Working closely with clients and design teams
- Managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively

- Monitor project costs and budgets, producing regular financial reports and analysis for project managers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules (using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or ASTA).
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Facilitate performance reporting and reviews to improve project outcomes.
- Implement project controls processes and tools for better efficiency.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior leadership.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls methodologies.
- Support risk management by identifying risks, assessing impacts, and crafting mitigation strategies.
- Conduct performance analytics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with WSP policies, industry standards, and best practices.
Desirable:
- Exposure to PowerBI and data analytics for advanced forecasting and business intelligence.
