Project Controls Graduate
Project: Sizewell C - MEH Alliance
Contract type: Permanent

Role Details
We are seeking organised and analytical Project Controls Graduate to support the planning, monitoring and control of works delivered by the MEH Alliance at Sizewell C.
This role will be based originally in our Bristol Office but can transition to site. The role will offer hands-on experience on a live nuclear new-build project within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment. Working as part of an integrated alliance team, you will support cost control, scheduling, progress reporting and performance management activities, while following a structured graduate development pathway toward professional accreditation and Chartered status.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking activities across MEH work scopes
- Assist in the development, maintenance and update of project schedules and work breakdown structures
- Collect, validate and analyse cost, schedule and progress data from site delivery teams
- Support cost control, forecasting, earned value and change management activities under supervision
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, dashboards and performance metrics for internal and client use
- Participate in site meetings, progress reviews and alliance coordination forums
- Support risk, opportunity and contingency management processes
- Ensure all project controls activities comply with nuclear site licence conditions, regulatory requirements and company procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls tools, systems and reporting
- Actively engage in graduate training, mentoring and professional development activities

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Project Management or Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Strong interest in project controls, planning, cost management and performance reporting
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with site teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, site-based environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to planning or reporting tools is desirable but not essential
- Previous industrial placement or internship experience is advantageous but not essential
