Scope of Work:
Engaged to provide specialist project controls services on a large, EPC project, focusing on implementing effective controls, forecasting, and reporting to support Kent and the client in achieving successful delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Lead Project reporting, forecasting and budget reports for the entire project
- Lead the project controls team to develop effective schedule and cost control mechanisms
- Implementation of document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements.
- Establishment of change management controls to protect budget hours.
- Oversight of information management systems to ensure effective data flow.
- Delivery of progress reports and early warnings on performance risks.
- Independent leadership and guidance across planning, cost management, information management and document control functions.
- Advisory support to the Engineering Management Team on risks, constraints, and project controls.
- Preparation of documentation to support variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Input to commercial negotiations by advising on project control considerations.
- Assurance that processes meet quality and compliance standards, including audit support.
- Ongoing identification of risks, opportunities, and efficiencies to enhance project delivery.
