Responsibilities
A little more about your role…
As a Project Controls professional, you’ll manage technical, commercial, and human challenges across complex railway and infrastructure projects—from feasibility through delivery and operation.
Key Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive)
- Prepare and assess technical deliverables for Schedule, Cost, Change, Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Engage suppliers, ensuring:
- Integration of technical and commercial supplier information
- Measurement and monitoring of supplier progress
- Provide cover on critical cost, schedule, and performance reporting
- Technical problem-solving across the PM&C portfolio, ensuring:
- Robust project administration and controls
- Accurate forecasting in line with best practices
- Optimised resource planning for projects
- Alignment with client goals, targets, and financial value
- Support bids, client liaison, and business growth initiatives.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the Project Management & Controls (PM&C) team, delivering:
- Collection and delivery of high-quality project data
- Robust project controls processes, including risk/threat management methodologies.

About the Team
Our Project & Programme Control team supports major rail clients (Network Rail, HS2, local authorities) and delivers complex, multi-disciplinary projects globally.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Essential
- Degree in a construction, engineering, project, management or commercial discipline
- Clear pathway to chartered membership (Chartership) in a relevant professional body.
- Nice to Have
- Rail, metro, or transport experience (design or construction)
- Client/consultancy-facing experience with excellent management talents to build client trust and relational channels.
Key Skills
✔ Experience working in consultancy environments ✔ Mastery of PQ / Power BI (recommended) ✔ Reporting tools (such as OpenPlan, Clarity, or equivalent) ✔ ** 클oruys 사이 기wyn workshops & reports** ✔ Strong collaboration in multidisciplinary teams ✔ Attention to detail, with data verify and validation skills ✔ Problem-solving, customer-facing, flexibility, and risk management
