Role Description

A hybrid role based in London & Suffolk, (with travel as required with flexibility for some home-working).

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Reporting Manager to join a major programme delivery team and play a pivotal role in transforming project data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. Working closely with the Reporting Lead, you will oversee reporting activities across large, complex projects, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable information.

This is an exciting opportunity for a reporting and data analytics professional with deep expertise in Power BI, Data Lakes, ETL processes, and the Microsoft Power Platform to lead a high-performing team and influence project outcomes through data-led decision making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of project data through reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualisations.
  • Manage and develop a Data & Reporting team, prioritising workload and driving delivery against reporting requirements.
  • Work with IT and Digital teams to improve data availability and accessibility through Data Lake environments.
  • Utilise ETL processes and Databricks to prepare data for reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support project performance monitoring.
  • Own the quality, consistency, and visual standards of reporting outputs across the project.
  • Implement Power Apps solutions to improve data capture, workflow efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with Project Controls, PMO, Digital teams, supply chain partners, and key stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, validated, and aligned to project governance standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes, data management, and visualisation techniques.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
