Whytematter Staffing Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading digital agency for a Project Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping projects moving. You'll play a key role in coordinating digital projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met, communication is clear, and clients receive an exceptional experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Working alongside account managers, developers, designers, and digital specialists, you'll help deliver a range of web, digital marketing, and creative projects for an exciting portfolio of clients.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you'll support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate multiple digital projects from briefing through to completion.
- Assist with project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Ensure projects remain on track, highlighting risks, and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Act as a central point of communication between clients and internal teams.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute project updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
- Work closely with designers, developers, marketing specialists, and account managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, timesheets, and resource utilisation where required.
- Support quality assurance processes before project delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed deadlines and client expectations.
- Assist with continuous improvement of internal project management processes.

About You
You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication with both clients and colleagues.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 1-3 years' experience within a project coordination, project support, account executive, or agency environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Teamwork, or similar would be advantageous.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within a digital agency, creative agency, or marketing environment.
- Understanding of website development projects, digital marketing campaigns, or creative production.
- Experience supporting Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing terminology including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, or Web Development.
