Role Purpose
The Project Coordinator supports customer engagements, PMO functions, and large-scale projects by managing tasks, schedules, and scope using governance tools. This role ensures clear communication, governance adherence, and accurate reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Core Delivery
- Manage multiple tasks, risks, and decisions for complex projects while adhering to agreed scope.
- Compile status reports for customers and summary reports for practice leads.
- Support PMO functions, including data analysis and performance tracking.

Stakeholder & Collaboration
- Coordinate activities across internal Agile and functional teams and external client stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships, ensuring overwhelming confidence and responsiveness.
Governance & Escalation
- Oversee projects against RAID logs, Portfolio Trackers, and Finance Sheets to maintain scope and timelines.
- Escalate risks where projects fail to meet delivery expectations.
Adaptability
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus and accountability.
Key Skills & Qualities
- Organisational excellence in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
- Execution mindset — proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven.
- Analytical sharpness with the ability to extract insights from data.
- Clear communication — strong written, verbal, and numerical proficiency.
- Microsoft Office fluency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior project coordination or delivery experience is advantageous.
