About Us
We are Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm, with more than 5,000 people across over 30 countries. We’re full-service with deep niche and sector experience. Whatever challenge, wherever in the world, we’re equipped and ready to meet it. We live our values, we’re purposeful and purpose-led. So although the world is fast-moving and rapidly changing, we see it as a place where everyone can thrive. We’re ambitious for our clients, our communities – and for you. The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Client Delivery Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key client projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal operations or project coordinator, or a paralegal with exposure to legal technology, who is looking to broaden their experience in a client-facing, delivery-focused role.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client engagements, while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency through the use of legal tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes.
- Liaise directly with clients to support project delivery and maintain strong working relationships.
- Manage the collation, formatting and distribution of project documents.
- Track project timelines and deliverable, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the onboarding of new matters and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and embed streamlined processes that enhance client service delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
