My client a leading Civil Engineering company and due to their continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-driven Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join their team on the A452 Marsh Lane Culvert & Bayleys Brook Diversion project (HS2).

This is not a typical admin role, you will take full ownership of document control and project information management, working closely with site teams and senior management to ensure the project runs efficiently, compliantly, and professionally always.

This is a full-time role split between site and office: Project Site (Marsh Lane Culvert – HS2)
Head Office: Birmingham

Duties:

Document Control (Primary Function)

  • Manage all project documentation through BBV systems, including: Business Collaborator (BC), DALUX (Quality, NCRs, ITPs, MARs), Endev-o (TIDP / deliverables planning)
  • Upload, track and control: RAMS, Temporary Works documentation, Quality records and submissions
  • Ensure all documents: Are issued at correct revision status, meet naming conventions and submission standards, are submitted in line with programme requirements
  • Maintain: Full audit trails, Document registers and trackers, Submission and approval logs
  • Support procurement of materials, plant and subcontract interfaces
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain: Delivery schedules, Technical documentation, Certification and quality records
  • Ensure procurement documentation is: Logged and controlled, Integrated with document control and QA systems
  • Maintain project records, registers and structured filing systems
  • Manage: Inductions / onboarding (Biosite, training, competencies), Workforce records and compliance tracking
  • Support: HSE documentation control, QA and assurance processes, Site reporting and coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience with Integrity Software Systems (or similar procurement / project admin platforms)
  • Experience working within a structured digital procurement and compliance environment
  • Experience on HS2 or major infrastructure projects would be an advantage
  • Experience in Document Control within construction / infrastructure
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation
  • Confident using multiple systems and digital platforms
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
