About the Role:
The Sword NCS team applies deep expertise and innovative solutions to help solve challenges for our customers. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Engineers, internal departments, customers and third-party suppliers to support the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing project controls and supporting commercial performance while ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities between Project Managers, Engineers, customers and third-party suppliers to support successful project delivery.
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling and project controls across assigned projects.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, actions and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce regular reports and management information to support project delivery, resource planning and business operations.
- Coordinate smaller projects and work packages, providing day-to-day delivery support.
- Support project planning, forecasting and delivery activities in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Create and maintain project records across systems, including project management, scheduling, documentation and time writing/finance systems.
- Review new resource requests from Sales team and coordinate scheduling with delivery resources.
- Liaise with customers, Finance teams and suppliers regarding project delivery, invoicing, purchase orders and associated dependencies.
- Monitor customer purchase order spend and escalate financial, delivery or commercial risks as required.

Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Planner.
- Resourceful, proactive and able to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Desire and drive to learn and develop new skills.
