Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator – Utilities Sector (Irlam Location)
About the Role
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Project Coordinator to reinforce their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate personnel, projects, clients, on-site resources and equipment
- Provide technical support to field-based teams
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Issue appropriate Risk Assessments Method Statements (RAMS) for field teams
- Plan and manage weekly deployment schedules for field staff
- Support toolbox talks, team briefings, and site-based workplace inspections
- Ensure field staff have the equipment and support needed for safe working
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to meet programme requirements
- Identify project risks and opportunities
- Track and report on project progress
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Support Quality Assurance (QA) checks and assurance activities
- Prepare and review RAMS documentation
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a wastewater-related role, including CCTV surveying, asset inspection, or flow monitoring
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible, dependable, and capable of working under tight deadlines
- Professional, approachable, and confident when communicating at all levels
- Willingness to work independently with initiative
