KONE is currently seeking a Project Coordinator. Based from our Glasgow office, you'll be part of our Delivery Operations team, supporting the successful delivery of projects across the region.

Reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager, you'll provide administrative and operational support throughout the delivery phase of our projects, from handover by Sales through to customer handover and transition to Service.

Working closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers, you'll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with KONE processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Support Project Managers and Construction Managers with day-to-day project administration.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial performance, highlighting any variances.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate purchase requests, goods receipts, and invoice processing.
  • Support change order administration and project close-out activities.
  • Prepare customer and project documentation, ensuring approvals and signatures are obtained on time.
  • Coordinate labor planning, subcontractor documentation, and installation administration in partnership with the Construction Manager and Installation Resource Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working with financial information and project data.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
