The Role

This Project Co-ordinator joins our Utility Services Team, supporting I & C (Install & Connect) customers across the UK. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the role is central to delivering efficient, on-time, and on-budget utility infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager / Project Engineer in planning, executing, and delivering electricity, gas, water, and telecoms projects.
  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and projects to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor progress, flag risks, and resolve issue delays effectively.
  • Maintain critical project documentation (reports, records, systems) in real time.
  • Proactively drive project success and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Matech-first customer communication—updating stakeholders on progress.
  • Stakeholder liaison: Connecting DNOs, energy suppliers, meter operators, contractors, and internal teams to improve collaboration.
