The Role
This Project Co-ordinator joins our Utility Services Team, supporting I & C (Install & Connect) customers across the UK. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the role is central to delivering efficient, on-time, and on-budget utility infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager / Project Engineer in planning, executing, and delivering electricity, gas, water, and telecoms projects.
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and projects to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor progress, flag risks, and resolve issue delays effectively.
- Maintain critical project documentation (reports, records, systems) in real time.
- Proactively drive project success and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Matech-first customer communication—updating stakeholders on progress.
- Stakeholder liaison: Connecting DNOs, energy suppliers, meter operators, contractors, and internal teams to improve collaboration.

How You’ll Fit
- Proven experience in the Utilities sector (electrical, gas, telecoms, infrastructure preferred).
