Role Description

The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Barnsley, supporting telecommunication infrastructure projects from planning through delivery and maintenance. The role involves coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with client requirements and internal standards.

The Project Coordinator will help organize surveys, feasibility studies, installations, and maintenance activities, while maintaining accurate records and supporting project compliance and quality processes. This role also contributes to process improvements and supports project managers in delivering reliable and efficient network solutions.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination and administration skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications or related technical environments (network infrastructure, installations, or maintenance) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, presentation tools).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work on-site in Barnsley and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant education or experience in project coordination, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
