Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator
📍 London (Site Based) – Up to £45,000 DOE 💼 Full-Time
The Role
You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing subcontractor and project partner performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals in Construction or Technical Services, who thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising organisation, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Support the Senior Projects Manager in delivering projects successfully.
- Coordinate subcontractors and project partners, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and performance, while preparing regular reports for senior management.
Compliance & Health & Safety
- Review and manage Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring project, site, and health & safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety legislation, fire safety procedures, and ISO management systems.
- Serve as the key contact for project escalations and subcontractor performance management.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including certifications, commissioning records, operational & maintenance (O&M) manuals, and drawing approvals.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate strong communication and issue resolution.
- Provide support in project, technical, and client meetings, while assisting in tender and technical submissions.
About You
We are seeking an individual who:
- Has experience in Construction or related technical environments.
- Is confident in coordinating multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Possesses knowledge of RAMS, health & safety procedures, and project compliance requirements.
- Demonstrates strong project documentation skills, particularly in report generation.
- Is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, with proficiency demanded in Excel and Word.
- Can operate independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
