About SWARCO

At SWARCO, we develop, support, and maintain intelligent traffic and urban mobility systems that keep towns and cities moving safely and efficiently. As part of the global SWARCO Group, we work across software, systems, and support services to deliver reliable, long-term solutions for our customers.

The Challenge

We are seeking an **organised and proactive Project Coordinator to work closely with the Engineering Manager and engineering teams on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This role will provide structure and visibility across multiple projects, ensuring:

  • Budgets are accurately tracked
  • Resources are used efficiently
  • Delivery impacts are clearly understood

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in project coordination, PMO (Project Management Office), or project management within a global technology and engineering business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Coordination

  • Track progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks across ongoing work
  • Monitor and report on engineering timesheets against planned activities
  • Track spend against planned budgets and flag variances early
  • Identify and escalate resource conflicts and their impact on delivery
  • Support prioritisation decisions by outlining trade-offs and dependencies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
