Location: Coalisland (office-based)
Role Summary
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the Build team in Northern Ireland, including collating and reporting data, liaising with project stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations to help deliver build projects effectively.
The Job Role
Support the Head of Operations and Build team with administration tasks and operational requirements:
- Handle job packs and related updates for construction assignments
- Ensure timesheets are completed, accurate, and submitted on time
- Collaborate with the permitting team to gather necessary information for upcoming permits
- Attend project update meetings, take minutes, assign action items, and follow up to ensure progress
- Regularly connect with the project team to maintain data accuracy and up-to-date build status
- Compile reports on productivity and build progress/challenges
- Triage and coordinate inquiries from other business units (emails, calls, requests) with follow-up actions
- Assess willingness to learn and support company-wide mapping systems for build coordination and updates
- Provide general administrative support for the Build team
- Advocate adherence to relevant Health & Safety standards

The Person
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administration support or similar capacity
- Strong IT skills with ease of using software (MS Office suite, databases, or industry-specific tools)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless teamwork and client interactions
- Proven organisation and time management abilities to meet project deadlines
- Construction or utilities sector experience — desirable (though not mandatory)
