WHO WE ARE
On Board Experiential (OBE) is an award-winning, full-service, experience-led agency that creates meaningful brand experiences worldwide, with office locations in London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and NYC.
We help brands to cut through the noise, capture consumer attention, and leave lasting impressions that live beyond the shareable, streamable, screamable moment.
We are specialists in creating extraordinary brand events – immersive, engaging, and unrivalled.
The London office is the most recent to open its doors in the OBE family, making us the new kids on the block, but backed by years of experiential experience. Boasting a heavy-hitting portfolio of incredibly active brands and a range of well-established partners, we’re well set for an exciting future.
We work with brands that care. Brands that value meaningful relationships. Brands that are prepared to challenge what’s gone before. Brands that aren’t prepared to settle for OK. Brands that want the competitive advantage. Brands that act.
We are OBE and we’re a team of experiential playmakers.
THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator is a proactive individual eager to cut their teeth and get stuck into all areas of Experiential Marketing. With a keen desire to learn and a passion for the industry, the Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to work across a multitude of service areas, to include:
- Customer Service
- Account & Project Administration
- Event Production Support
This role will include joining the project team for one of OBE’s biggest clients, delivering a large-scale, major sporting campaign in summer 2027. You will be part of a team ensuring we provide a best-in-class service to our client’s customers. As a result, a significant proportion of the first 6 months in 2027 will be allocated to customer support.
The Project Coordinator role is hugely varied and will work closely with the account, production, and creative functions within the business to help build live experiences in line with client briefs and objectives. You will work across multiple projects; from large-scale major campaigns to smaller bespoke experiential activations in a wide range of settings. You will be part of a team ensuring that we provide a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
