Project Coordinator – Retail Team (National Account Management)
Omega Signs, a leading player within a dynamic and high-profile industry, is growing and seeking a Project Coordinator to join their fast-paced Retail Team, focusing on national accounts for blue-chip customers.
About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated, and ambitious individual eager to build a career with a progressive, customer-obsession organisation.
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll act as a key interface between the company, customers, and external contractors while ensuring projects deliver efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and understanding their requirements through regular communication.
- Maintain proactive engagement with clients, contractors, and internal teams to stay updated on project plans.

Project Execution & Coordination
- Process customer orders by aligning sub-contractors, in-house production, and installations, ensuring seamless project flow.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to optimise profitability, efficiency, and contract adherence.
- Occasionally represent Omega at client meetings to gather requirements, conduct surveys, and support site-based decision-making.

Operations & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders through the ERP system and correct invoice generation.
- Monitor and report project progress via activity logs, providing transparency for senior leadership.
- Review client services to verify Omega’s capacity to fulfil demands and meet expectations.
- Track ERP searches and KPIs to uphold delivery accuracy and deadlines.
- Maintain strict adherence to all company policies, including Health & Safety and ERP system guidelines.

Team Collaboration & Performance Support
- Act as a mentor and resource for collateral Project Coordinators, offering guidance to enhance project delivery.
- Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering a premier customer experience, reinforcing Omega’s reputation as the preferred supplier.
- Foster open communication with other departments to enhance client and company benefits.

- Competitive salary (£24k–£27k based on experience, pro-rata for part-time roles).
- 20 days annual leave (+ all UK Bank Holidays), escalating to 25 days after two full years of employment.
