Project Coordinator

About the Role

Supervise and support a team responsible for coordinating Projects and Liaison activities with and directly for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure that projects are completed in compliance and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • Provide:
    • Administration
    • Coordination
    • Data analysis
    • Reporting
    • Document control (including minute taking and preparing team presentations)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop the project brief, project programme, and desired outcomes
  • Take client instructions and communicate the project programme to key stakeholders
  • Ensure quality and accuracy meet company and client requirements through:
    • Good record keeping
    • Meeting notes
    • Comprehensive file updates
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Relevant legal requirements
    • Regulatory policies
    • Contractual obligations
    • Organisational policies
  • Prepare up-to-date compliance documents for clients
  • Aid with financial management, including invoicing and assist in delivering monthly reports
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
  • Possess great IT skills, with confidence in Microsoft products
  • Be a great team player with a can-do attitude
  • Have good numeracy skills and an understanding of financial management
  • Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
  • Have an appetite to learn and develop professionally
