What You'll Do...
The Project Coordinator – Finance supports the delivery of finance initiatives across banking operations, cash management, financing, insurance, system enhancements, compliance, and process improvement. Working closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams, the role coordinates projects, manages documentation, supports reporting and due diligence activities, and ensures effective stakeholder communication.
Using PMO tools and governance processes, the role maintains project plans, reporting, risk and change logs, and project controls to ensure structured delivery and high-quality execution. A basic understanding of finance operations, including cash flow forecasting, bank account management, payments, liquidity reporting, and compliance, is essential. The position plays a key role in driving consistency, coordination, and effective project delivery across the Finance function.
Project & PMO Coordination
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers for finance initiatives.
- Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely follow-up of actions.
- Maintain project governance, reporting, risk logs, and change controls.
Financing & Due Diligence Support
- Support financing activities and due diligence processes with lenders, advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate information requests and ensure timely delivery of required documentation.
- Manage document repositories, trackers, and data room updates.

- Compile and organise information required for insurance placements and renewals.
- Support the collection and validation of risk-related data and documentation.
Stakeholder & Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, banks, advisors, insurers, and external partners.
- Prepare meeting materials, track actions, and monitor follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across Finance projects.
Finance Operations Support
- Assist with activities relating to cash flow forecasting, payments, liquidity reporting, compliance, and financial controls.
- Support process improvement initiatives to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across the Finance function.
Who We Are…
Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Essential
- Background in managing long-term projects (2+ years), including coordination, tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting the delivery of projects across cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate project status, risks, and actions succinctly
- Understanding of tracking, documentation accuracy, and audit expectations
- Comfortable producing reports and slide decks for leadership
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
