Salary: £35,000 per annum + Discretionary Bonus
Location: Dorchester (hybrid home working potential)

We're looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team, working closely with an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of exciting projects across the water industry.
This is an opportunity to become a key part of a collaborative and highly skilled team, where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving will make a real difference.
You'll play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget, while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

The Role
Responsibilities
As our Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditure.
- Supporting the Project Manager with the coordination of day-to-day project activities.
- Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing presentation materials and project reports.
- Providing administrative support and undertaking project tasks as required.
- Liaising with purchasing teams to arrange parts, materials and plant hire.
- Raising purchase orders and supporting project procurement activities.
- Ensuring projects comply with company processes, frameworks and contractual requirements.
- Participating in internal and external audits.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team. You’ll have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Ideally, You Will Have
- Proven experience working within the engineering, construction or infrastructure industry, but not essential.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations, but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to review and analyse material requirements and project costs.
- Exceptional verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A positive, collaborative approach with excellent teamworking abilities.
