Project Coordinator - EV Charging Infrastructure - Guildford (Hybrid) - Competitive Salary
Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Guildford, England (Office-based, 1 day per week on site)
Salary: Competitive, DOE
About the Role
Our client is scaling its UK operations across bus depot and fleet EV charging projects, and needs a Project Coordinator to keep everything on track behind the scenes. You'll be the person making sure installations happen when they're supposed to - chasing equipment, coordinating contractors, keeping documentation in order, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks across multiple live sites at once.
This is a great fit if you're the kind of person who naturally keeps things organised, likes ticking things off a list, and enjoys being the one who knows exactly where every project stands. You won't be on the tools yourself, but you'll be close enough to the action to understand what's happening on site, with one day a week out visiting projects to see it first-hand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
