AMAZING opportunity for a switched on Project Coordinator to join this friendly and fast paced team!
The Agency
Our client is a leading event production and brand activation agency delivering high end experiential builds, exhibition stands, product launch events and live event experiences for global brands. They have a strong pedigree in production delivery combined with innovation and creative design; with a wide client base they also have a strength in automotive brands and we are now supporting them with the hire of a Project Coordinator.
The Role
As Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and project support across a range of client projects as well as internal initiatives. The role will support the account and project managers as well as Producers and the Directors from initial project kick off to on-site installation. From booking flights and transport, to liaising with suppliers and inputting into budgets this is a fast paced role where you will also be client facing.

NB Candidates must be comfortable going on site for a 2 month period on joining where you will be based on a key client project in the North of England (all expenses paid) after which you will be based in their Surrey offices / on other projects.
About you
We are seeking a grounding in project support ideally within exhibitions, events, production or experiential and a passion for the live events and brand activations industry. You will be super organised with excellent admin skills and be proactive and keen to work on your own initiative as well as part of a fast paced team. Being able to juggle multiple tasks as well as being a strong communicator with stakeholders at all levels will be key, some customer / client facing experience would also be beneficial. UK driving license and car essential.
