Are you looking to join a growing, values-led organisation with a clear social purpose?

At SettleParadigm, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 30,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high-quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of, and maximising the number of new affordable homes we build. Through our merger, we’ve brought together shared values, skills, and ambition, so we can build more affordable homes and make an even bigger difference in the communities we serve.

If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment while helping to shape stronger communities, we’d love to welcome you on our journey. Together, we’re building a better future.

As we work towards creating a single operating model by April 2027, our Business Transformation team plays a vital role in shaping how we work. We’re now looking for a Project Coordinator to support this programme and help keep our projects running smoothly.

About The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support across our integration programme and wider transformation portfolio. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to organise activities, maintain accurate project information, and ensure key tasks progress on time.

You’ll coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, update logs, support governance processes, and help embed consistent project management practices across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across multiple projects, build strong relationships, and play a key part in keeping delivery on track.

If you’re organised, proactive, and looking to build a career in project management, PMO, or business change, this role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a large transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams
  • Track actions, deliverables, and progress for Project Managers
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation using agreed templates
  • Organise meetings and workshops including agendas, logistics, and notes
  • Support governance processes and reporting cycles
  • Update project plans and milestones
  • Maintain risks, issues, and dependency logs
  • Update records in Verto (our PPM tool)
  • Support communication with stakeholders
  • Help develop process maps, requirements, and guidance materials
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the transformation team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
