About the Role
Join us as a Project Coordinator – Global Philanthropy under our Consultant programme.
As a Consultant, you’ll enjoy permanent employment with Robert Walters while being deployed on client assignments. In return, you’ll gain skills development, ongoing training, and professional support.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to support blue-chip clients withдро war by driving impact alongside meaningful programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex grant-funded programmes, overseeing:
- Partner relationships
- Progress against objectives
- Reporting
- Governance documentation
- Lead the end-to-end grant-making process, including:
- Partner identification
- Due diligence
- Approval processes
- Portfolio oversight
- Coordinate strategic programmes and events by managing:
- Planning and logistics
- Stakeholder engagement
- Programme execution
- Post-event activities
- Conduct research and maintain programme data to support:
- Business planning
- Strategic decision-making
- Performance tracking
- Forge strong relationships with:
- Internal stakeholders
- External delivery partners
- Maintain accurate records and proactively:
- Track communication
- Identify risks & dependencies
- Spot opportunities for improvement

Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within:
- Philanthropy
- Corporate responsibility
- Non-profit/charitable organisations
- Community-focused work
- Proven expertise in:
- Grants management
- Portfolio oversight (including due diligence, reporting, and governance)
- Future-focused project timelines
- Strong events management experience, covering:
- End-to-end planning
- Logistics
- Stakeholder coordination
- Exceptional relationship-building with:
- Cross-functional teams
- Senior stakeholders
- Deliver release partners (investors, policy-makers, donors)
- Organisational clarity with:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A deep understanding of the UK social impact, small business support, and financial inclusion landscape
