This is a hybrid role, and the office is based in Milton Keynes.
Project Coordinator - Implementation Services
Project Coordinator - Implementation Services sets up and installs technical systems, applications, or processes related to Retail Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications, and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supports PM in the delivery of large projects.
- Supports / leads on day-to-day implementations for customers.
- Semi-independently leads small customer implementations and projects.
- Supports other analysts on large client implementations.
- Engages with the Sales team to build customer offerings.
- Assembles total solution offerings, statements of work, and other requirements necessary to fulfill sales proposals.
- Reviews customer requests against requirement specifications.
- Works with customers to develop an implementation project plan, including schedule, responsibilities, deliverables, and terms of acceptance.
- Review of previous nights' works.
- Update of relevant tracking / Risk / Issues and Process documentation.
- Attend daily/weekly calls with customer and record and track minutes.
- Act as a gatekeeper for project queries.
- Manage the stock process for project delivery.
- Ensures that all project team members understand DN policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provides clients with regular implementation updates.
- Follows defined processes and provides feedback to team leadership on process status.
- Tests, troubleshoots, and documents specific customer issues.
- Escalates complex issues according to the defined escalation process.
- Delivers customer-facing training on technical systems, applications, and processes.

Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Implementation and Transformation.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
