Project Coordinator – Construction PM Consultancy
📍 London Bridge & the City | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
🕘 Full-time | 9am–5pm
Are you an organised, proactive Project Coordinator with experience in the construction/built environment sector? We’re working with a dynamic project management consultancy who are looking for someone just like you to join their friendly, fast-paced team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with project coordination and administration
- Coordinating and managing project schedules
- Track project budgets
- Manage client invoicing process
- Prepare tenders and manage the bids process
- Attending meetings and supporting client communications
- Preparing project and contract documentation and reports

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role within construction/the built environment, ideally in commercial design or engineering or architectural.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A collaborative, can-do attitude
The Offer:
- £40K- 45K depending on experience
- Full-time hours: 9am–5pm
- Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
- Central London location (London Bridge, Borough & the City)
- A sociable, supportive team environment
