About Braun Management

Braun Management provides rigorous structural consulting to executive teams across German speaking Europe to help resolve persistent organizational friction. We specialize in clarifying decision rights and addressing the difficult governance issues that leadership teams often avoid.

The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator Intern to support our consulting team on a high priority engagement for a London-based financial institution. This position is essential for maintaining the administrative and organizational foundations of our project, ensuring that data is handled with precision and timelines stay on track. As a fully remote role, it requires a high degree of self-organization and a focus on keeping project documentation clear and accessible for all stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and organize project documentation for our work with the London-based financial client, ensuring archived files are current.
  • Manage complex scheduling requirements for interviews and workshops across varying time zones.
  • Attend remote project meetings to capture detailed summaries of evidence-backed findings and key decision points.
  • Assist consultants in gathering data related to client organizational structures and operational friction.
  • Update project tracking systems to monitor milestones and ensure administrative tasks remain aligned with the broader timeline.
  • Help prepare presentation materials and reports by organizing data into clear, logical formats.
  • Support internal communication by drafting updates that keep the distributed team informed of project status.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Work

Braun Management operates as a fully remote team that values documentation over constant meetings. We believe that clear, written communication is the most effective way to manage complex consulting projects and ensure everyone is aligned.
